Due to the overwhelming number of spambot accounts signing up, new users are automatically sorted into a custom "group" that has read-only access. I'll be checking this group daily and when I find real peeps singing in to the forum for the first time, will move you to a group that has full access to post and read. CARE manual discussion
A area to discuss edits and revisions to the CARE manual. Specific passages can be pasted as posts, but for whole chapters posting a link to a shared document (with permissions set to only allow specific people to edit) will be best.
